Shipping Info: Purchase Order

The Shipping Info sub-tab on the bottom-left of the Purchase Order Details tab lists shipping information for the order. The default ship-to company and address can be set as a Purchase Order module preferences.

The following fields are available:

• Shipping Terms / Method : Shipping terms and method for this purchase order. Shipping terms indicate any special instructions regarding shipping, and shipping method indicates the method used by the vendor to ship the items ordered.

• Tracking #: Tracking number provided to track the shipment.

• Ship To Company, Contact, and Address : The company to which the purchase order is to be shipped. This information is displayed by default, based on a Purchase Order module preference.

  The Company module lookup filters to internal companies upon access, allowing you to select an internal company with the correct shipping information. Once you select a company, the address information automatically populates.
